Software Function
1.1.1 Billing function:
1.For users of this line, various services within the network (within the subway switching network), outside the network, domestic, and international long-distance services are classified and billed in real time according to time segments, and periodic and offline billing functions must be reserved;
2.Relay billing can be performed;
3.Billing method: Set up an independent billing terminal in the control center to conduct real-time centralized billing and management of this network;
4.When the switch system switches between host and standby or is shut down momentarily, the billing system must be able to save and output complete billing information, and no loss of call records is allowed;
5.Long-distance billing for domestic and international long-distance authorized users will be billed using automatic user billing;
6.The billing software requires a good graphical human-machine interface, a good security protection system, and the setting of system software parameters is simple and convenient;
7.Calls between telephone users within the network should adopt a multiple-entry counting method (counted according to the distance and duration of the call). The multiple-entry counting table within the network must be divided into in-network calls, public network calls and special services, and adopt a detailed record billing method;
8.The recorded call records must be in simplified Chinese and must include the calling and called numbers, call duration, call start and end time, call cost and other necessary information;
9.Maintenance personnel can realize billing of call records within the network through function settings;
10.Billing information can be queried, counted and printed out as required by maintenance personnel. The output information must be in Chinese;
11.Support backup and recovery functions for billing system data and user data;
12.All billing information is required to be retained for 3 months, and information more than 3 months can be automatically cleared;
13.If business needs it in the future, the switch must be able to provide the function of charging the called user.
1.1.1.2 Billing function
1.The system can charge calls made by users with local, domestic and international long-distance usage rights. It should have regular, immediate and offline charging functions; it should be able to charge based on session length, traffic based or combined billing. . The seller shall describe the billing method.
2.The network management software (billing terminal) has the function of batch importing basic user information.
3.Billing accuracy requirements: When the softswitch equipment adopts time accounting, the billing unit is required to be accurate to 1 second; when flow accounting is used, the accuracy is required to be accurate to one byte; at the same time, the accounting data supports Word or Output in Excel format.
